Jenny is one of Revealing Reality’s most experienced qualitative researchers. In the course of over six years at the company, she’s worked with a huge variety of clients, in the UK and overseas, on projects ranging from open-ended innovation to large-scale evaluation. Along the way, she’s developed expertise in a range of subjects – including criminal justice, digital media trends, financial services, long-term health conditions (especially dementia), and consumer vulnerability.

As a researcher, Jenny is passionate about going beyond the traditional agency / client brief. Instead, she’s helped to develop a variety of innovative communications tools and strategies to bring to life the ‘real world’ perspective of our participants – ensuring our insight continues to be of use well beyond the life-span of any given study. In so doing, she has built enduring relationships with clients across all sectors, and further developed the scope and skills of our enterprising team of in-house designers and film-makers.

Alongside her project work, Jenny provides ongoing monitoring and quality control of all our studies – working closely with our other qualitative researchers to develop their skills and share her expertise.
