With a background in Psychology from University College London, Ruby is one of our most experienced researchers. Her skill lies in using sophisticated theoretical frameworks – including behavioural economics – to help solve some of our clients’ most complex challenges: from understanding consumers’ likely response to the Financial Conduct Authority’s recently announced deadline on PPI redress, to helping clients in the private sector change anti-social / irresponsible consumer behaviour as part of their CSR remits.
A talented clear-thinker, Ruby is always on the look-out for ways to improve the integrity of how we collect and interpret qualitative data. Ruby’s subject specialisms are wide ranging, but she has particular expertise in media and technology trends, having managed major innovation and insight studies for, among others, Google, the BBC, Channel 4 and Ofcom – the latter including our ongoing longitudinal study of Children’s Media Lives.
