We’re thrilled to announce that Revealing Reality – in collaboration with the Department of Health – has won the 2016 Market Research Society award for Best Healthcare Research.
The prize recognises the impact of our study of the drivers of non-urgent attendance at A&E among parents of young children. A ground-breaking commission from the DH’s Behavioural Insights team, the project identified a range of cost-effective new opportunities for shifting parents’ perceptions of different healthcare services – thereby removing some of the sub-conscious triggers that had been leading them to attend A&E unnecessarily. The impact of the study has been such that the MRS also shortlisted it for its Grand Prix Award.
To round off a fantastic night, we were also delighted to receive a Special Commendation in the Best Place to Work category – a fitting tribute to the continued expansion and ongoing success of our brilliant team.
